Have you ever got lost on the way to school?

Have you ever got lost on the way to school? If it was your first day, well, that doesn't count. But what if you had been travelling to this school for three years (considering my sister has been there for three years and ive only been there for two) Well, today, we all woke up late, and don't blame the alarm clocks, becuase they did their duty, we just went to sleep again. So, as you can probably tell, today morning was a huge rush for us. The traffic was horrific, and i was like we are never going to get there in time, and im just going to get another referal. My mum decided to take a short cut. If only she actually knew the short cut. So we got lost, and i curled up in the back of the car, telling myself how much my life sucked.
So, heres the route we basically took:
We started in clayhall, our destiny was woodford. We ended up in bukhurst hill. As we have know idea how to make our way round bukhurst hill, we had to ask people. First, we asked this random car behind us. Then we asked this taxi driver. Finally, we asked this man in the car beside us, and he rudely laughed at us when we told him.We were already 10 mins late and decided to pretend to die.
Me and my sister then told our mum how much of a misery the day at school was going to be with so many tests and referals and so on. We then came up with an idea which would help everyone, and said that we had food poisoning. The school beleived us and we were Okay, and werent going to be embarrased for being late to school because we got lost.
As we got to school, we could see there was also traffic from the npormal route we took, and spotted three of my friend crossing the road. So in the end we could gone to school and said the ame excuse as them. But my mum was so kind and we came home again. I wouldn't have thought I would have lasted a day anyway because my foot is kinda sprained and i really can't walk

Urgh, the pain, the agony...my life sucks; except for no school! YAY. ;D

P.S: if you come to woodford county especially, please don't tell anyone, like your friends or parents. Just say I had food poisoning. Cause not suposed to tell anyone, and my sister was being mean in the car saying how i have a massive gob so now im doing the exact opposite
